1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging services from OptiRank Media, accessing our website (optirankmedia.in), or subscribing to our website traffic or web development plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Services & Delivery

• Website Development & Design: Delivered on milestone agreement, covering WordPress, Next.js, and custom web applications. Source code and design assets transfer to client upon final payment.
• Website Traffic & Organic CTR Delivery: Traffic visits are geo-targeted, 100% GA4 compliant, delivered gradually across monthly billing cycles. All campaigns comply with legitimate user dwell and navigation standards.
• AI Automations & Workflows: Custom AI integrations and chatbot systems configured in client environments with documentation.

3. Payment Terms & Invoicing

Subscription traffic plans are billed on a monthly recurring or one-time prepay basis via Razorpay/UPI. Custom agency projects follow structured 50/50 or 40/30/30 milestone agreements. Invoices are issued with GST compliance where applicable.

4. Refund Policy & SLA

If our website traffic delivery falls short of the guaranteed verified GA4 visits or SLA delivery timelines due to technical faults on our end, clients are entitled to a prorated traffic top-up or refund upon technical audit review within 7 days of campaign cycle completion.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh, India.
