1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging services from OptiRank Media, accessing our website (optirankmedia.in), or subscribing to our website traffic or web development plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Services & Delivery

• Website Development & Design: Delivered on milestone agreement, covering WordPress, Next.js, and custom web applications. Source code and design assets transfer to client upon final milestone settlement.
• Technical SEO & Organic Growth: Strategic search audits, schema markup implementation, on-page architecture, and organic keyword tracking delivered according to monthly retainer agreements.
• AI Automations & Workflows: Custom AI integrations, WhatsApp lead qualification bots, and n8n/Make workflows configured and documented in client-approved environments.
• Website Traffic Delivery: Traffic visits are geo-targeted, 100% GA4 compliant, delivered gradually across monthly billing cycles. All campaigns comply with legitimate dwell and navigation standards.

3. Payment Terms & Invoicing

Subscription traffic plans are billed on a monthly recurring or one-time prepay basis via Razorpay/UPI. Custom agency projects follow structured 50/50 or milestone-based agreements. Invoices are issued with legal compliance.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon receipt of full payment, clients retain complete ownership of custom graphics, logos, website source code, and bespoke AI workflows created for their project. OptiRank Media retains the right to display non-confidential deliverables in our client portfolio showcase.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh, India.
